September Meeting Location Set

The Spetember club meeting will be at Saturday, September 6th at 4:00 pm. It will be held at the garage of members Richard and Angel Belke.

This meeting is being held in conjunction with Pischke Motors Jeep Day and Ruday's Jeep Night.

Pischke Jeep Day 7 Rudy's Jeep Night

Save the date of Saturday, September 6th for a new combined event. We've worked out the schedule and got Pischke Motors (Jeep) and Rudy's Drive-In working together for a great all day event.

An Urgent Request for Help!

The Dane County/Madison Red Cross has requested WOHVA's assistance in their relief efforts!

If you're available with your Jeep (CJ's, YJ's, TJ's or JK's) and have it set up on at least 31" tires, the Red Cross is asking for your help. They are in need of 4 vehicles and drivers daily for the next 8 days, to transport recovery personel and equipment aiding with the flood/storm damage. The Red Cross will supply fuel for your Jeep.

Jeeps should have a winch, off-road tires and a chain saw. Experienced OHV drivers are needed!

Advance Auto in Sheboygan is offering a 10% Discount on all parts to all LCJ Club members who show them their membership card.

Site Down For A Bit

lcjs.org was down yesterday and the previous evening due to a billing error. Simply put, I forgot to supply the hosting company with the new expiration date of my credit card.

December 11th Meeting Moved To December 18th

Hello LCJ’s,

It is official now. The meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 11th at Aring Equipment in Butler, WI has been changed. The meeting will now be held next Tuesday, December 18th at 7:00 pm at the same location.

The weather for southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois is calling for freezing rain, sleet and snow and travel may be dangerous. Our main concern is the safety of our members. In addition to that, we want everyone to be able to attend this meeting as the budget will be presented and we will be voting on 4 Wheeler of the Year.

Help us spread the word about this and call the people you normally go to the meeting with or meet at the meeting.

6th Annual LCJ/Rotary Lights Food Drive

We will again be having our Rotary Lights Charity Ride in La Crosse on December 8th. This is a stocker capable short ride during the day, followed by a dinner and then decorating your Jeeps with a variety of Christmas lights/decorations for the evening parade and food donation.

The only cost to you is a grocery bag full of non-perishable food items for the food shelter.
